Hampton is always comfortable.

No place to walk or get close to the water.

Free breakfast had wide selection.

Window in room was not able to lock and the screen was damaged.

Great location for a getaway, with comfy rooms and nice evening vibes. The upgraded TV and USB ports by the beds were a pleasant surprise!

Bed was comfortable. Morning breakfast was good.

There was not a queen double-bed room when we arrived. I had a confirmed reservation for this type of room. Bathroom was not as clean as I would like.

AC didn't work. The room was very stuffy. Breakfast was less than hoped for. The juice machine wasn't working. Waste cans were overflowing, tables were not wiped off and lots of food remnants on the floor. I'm sure it's difficult for the desk clerk to oversee the breakfast area, especially on a Sunday.

came in late after a notre dame game ... like 11:30 pm. Lady at desk was on phone. with her boss... she put up her finger to let me know she would be one minute and then went to the back to finish the conversation with her boss. Waited a couple minutes she came back out to the front desk area still on the phone put finger up again and talked about how she did the laundry and then finally said that she had someone at the desk. When you come in late to a hotel you are tired. I just wanted to get our room and go to bed. She should have put her boss on hold... customers come first. Boss could have held or called back. It was not like she was dealing with another customer. I thought it was very rude.

Super friendly staff!

We had a bit of a wild experience, getting into a deer vs car accident nearby. The staff was so helpful, from check-in to breakfast. Our room was comfy and clean. Only bummer was the noise from the highway outside made it kinda hard to sleep, but everything else was solid.

The actual room was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and crazy tall weeds meet you as you drive in. Not a comforting location at all. Will probably not stay there again.

new hostess went out of her way to help us with our two-year-old who threw up all over some blankets and she had a great attitude. she set up a pack and play twice. The breakfast was good.

Overall I would stay here again. I was only 20 mins from where we wanted to be. Ok breakfast, kind of the standard. Everyone was nice and the hotel was clean. Nice gym and clean pool. Clean hallways and rooms. Beds were pretty normal for hotel beds.

Whirlpool was not really hot. Our room smelled like smoke, Not the hotels fault IMO. Louder than I thought next to the highway but not bad.

The staff provided really good service, especially the front desk, who offered great recommendations for the area. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of delicious options. Unfortunately, there was no walking distance access to restaurants, and , there were quite a few teens around, which may affect the atmosphere slightly.

The hotel of choice in La Porte. Great value, absolutely great and excellent 3 star property. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Fine room, warm, with reliable internet and a jacuzzi tub, as example. Quick check-in, late check-out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The location is convenient with easy access to the highway, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly. The room I stayed in was clean, well-kept, and had no unpleasant odors, which can be a dealbreaker for me. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast that had a variety of options to choose from.
